Townsend Getaways LLC is pleased to offer winter rates at 30% off our regular rates. We have three beautiful cabins that are updated and are always very clean. We never charge cleaning fees or any other fees and our rates are good for up to four people. All three cabins offer full kitchens, washers & dryers, queen & king size beds, wood burning fireplaces, charcoal grills, wireless internet, cable tv, dvd players w/movies and either hot tubs or jacuzzi tubs. We supply the sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwash detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags and firewood. All the cabins are no smoking/no pets cabins. The cabins are easy to access and are only minutes from Cades Cove.

Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center celebrates the history of East Tennessee and the Smoky Mountains. View artifacts dating from 7000 B.C. to the 1930's. Learn about Native American and early settler life through three-dimensional displays and interactive exhibits. Stroll through an historic village of authentic log cabins, country church, cantilever barns, wheelwright shop, smokehouse, sawmill, setoff house and more. The center includes two indoor galleries, auditorium, classrooms, museum store, the historic buildings, and a 500-seat amphitheater for teaching, storytelling, drama and music events.
