Big Foot Festival Craft Application Form

Great Smoky Mountain Big Foot Festival Craft Application form for event held May 22, 2021. Application deadline is March 19, 2021.

There is NO application fee.

1. Your tent should be 10'x10' to fit in the space provided (space provided (14' x14'). It should be sturdy enough to provide shelter for you and your crafts. Tents must be staked and weighted and should have straight legs and cords.
2. NO PETS.
3. Set-up and take down will only be at times designated by the planning committee. Early tear down will result in not being invited back to future festivals/events.
4. You must collect and report Tennessee sales tax, if you do not have a business license, the Blount Partnership will work with the Blount County Clerk to secure.
5. All craftspeople must sign Hold Harmless below.
6. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT FOR BOOTH UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

Do you have a State of Tennessee business license? (If you do not have a business license, the Blount Partnership will work with the Blount County Clerk to secure.)

Please give small description of your art/craft items along with two (2) pictures of your completed art/craft that you will be selling. **NOTE -- 50% OF MERCHANDISE MUST BE BIG FOOT RELATED. Please limit image size to 6MB.

* There will be NO REFUNDS. This event is rain or shine.
* No shows/no pay will not be invited to participate in the future.

Hold Harmless Agreement and Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Blount Partnership, its employees, agents and assigns, the GSM Big Foot Festival Committee, and the volunteers for the same regarding any and all liability for damages or injuries to persons or property which the undersigned, his or her agents or employees may sustain while participating in the GSM Big Foot Festival except where such damages or injuries result from the gross negligence of the Blount Partnership. Such indemnification shall include reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
