Crafter Application



Please complete the following form to be considered as a craft vendor for the 2019 Townsend Fall Festival on Sept. 27-28. The deadline for submission is July 8, 2019. If you submitted the form for both festivals in the Spring, you do not need to re-apply.

Please mail the $10 application fee: Make check payable to Blount County Chamber and mail to Townsend Fall Festival, 201 S. Washington St., Maryville, TN 37804.

I paid application fee:*

1. Your tent should be 10'x10' to fit in the space provided. It should be sturdy enough to provide shelter for you and your crafts. Tents must be staked and weighted and should have straight legs and cords.
3. Set-up and take down will only be at times designated by the Craft Committee. Early tear down will result in not being invited back to future festivals.
4. You must collect and report Tennessee sales tax and have proof of a valid business license.
5. All craftspeople must sign a waiver release form upon acceptance.
6. Do not pay booth fee until you've been notified of acceptance.

Please give a brief description of the type of art/craft along with a few pictures of your completed art/craft that you will be selling. Even if you've been part of the festival in the past, we ask that you please upload new images for our files. Please limit image size to 6MB.

Hold Harmless Statement for Townsend Spring and/or Fall Festival applicants To the fullest extent permitted by law, Townsend Spring and/or Fall Festival participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Townsend and the Blount Partnership, its officers, agents, volunteers, employees, invitees, and lessees from and against all suits, claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, court costs, or alternative dispute resolution costs arising out of, or related to Townsend Spring and/or Fall Festival participant’s use of city facilities, buildings, equipment or infrastructure under this agreement involving an injury to a person or persons, whether bodily injury or other personal injury (including death), or involving an injury or damage to property (including loss of use or diminution in value), but only to the extent that such suits, claims, damages, losses or expenses are caused by the negligence or other wrongdoing of the Townsend Spring and Fall Festival participant, its officers, agents and volunteers, or anyone directly or indirectly employed or hired by the Townsend Spring and/or Fall Festival participant or anyone for whose acts as the Townsend Spring and /or Fall Festival participant may be liable, regardless of whether caused in part by the negligence or wrongdoing of the City and the Partnership and any of its agents or employees.
