Food Vendor Application



Townsend Fall Festival | September 27-28, 2019 | 10:00 am – 6:00 p.m. (You may stay later if you like) | Deadline for submission is July 8, 2019

Space is limited and is available on a first-come basis. The County Health Inspector will require all food vendors to have a valid health permit & abide by current health codes for preparing and serving food. Vendors are required to have a minimum $1,000,000 (One Million Dollars) general liability policy and name the Blount Partnership as Additional Insured on the policy. Non-profits must provide a sales tax exempt form.

You must collect and report Tennessee sales tax and pay the health inspection fee.

Booth Space Cost: *

Blount County Chamber members receive a 10% discount when invoiced. Please leave the grounds as you found them. A clean up fee may be added if site is found to be in disrepair.

Each booth is required to have a 2A 10 BC fire extinguisher and comply with Fire Marshal Codes and Regulations

Only 110 available. Bring your own extension cords, water hoses, etc.

If space required exceeds 20’x20’ you will be charged for 2 booths. If you want to provide seating and it exceeds 20’x20’ you will be charged for a non-electrical booth.


Hold Harmless Statement for Townsend Spring and/or Fall Festival applicants To the fullest extent permitted by law, Townsend Spring and/or Fall Festival participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Townsend and the Blount Partnership, its officers, agents, volunteers, employees, invitees, and lessees from and against all suits, claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, court costs, or alternative dispute resolution costs arising out of, or related to Townsend Spring and/or Fall Festival participant’s use of City facilities, buildings, equipment or infrastructure under this agreement involving an injury to a person or persons, whether bodily injury or other personal injury (including death), or involving an injury or damage to property (including loss of use or diminution in value), but only to the extent that such suits, claims, damages, losses or expenses are caused by the negligence or other wrongdoing of the Townsend Spring and/or Fall Festival participant, its officers, agents and volunteers, or anyone directly or indirectly employed or hired by the Townsend Spring and/or Fall Festival participant or anyone for whose acts as the Townsend Spring and/or Fall Festival participant may be liable, regardless of whether caused in part by the negligence or wrongdoing of the city and the Partnership and any of its agents or employees.
