Summer on Broadway Crafter Application

Summer on Broadway Craft Application form for event held June 25-26, 2021. Application deadline is March 19, 2021.

There is NO application fee.

1. Your tent should be 10'x10' to fit in the space provided (space provided (14' x14'). It should be sturdy enough to provide shelter for you and your crafts. Tents must be staked and weighted and should have straight legs and cords.
3. Set-up and take down will only be at times designated by the planning committee. Early tear down will result in not being invited back to future festivals/events.
4. You must collect and report Tennessee sales tax, if you do not have a business license, the Blount Partnership will work with the Blount County Clerk to secure.
5. All craftspeople must sign Hold Harmless below.

Please give a brief description of the type of art/craft along with two (2) pictures of your completed art/craft that you will be selling. Even if you've been part of the festival in the past, we ask that you please upload new images for our files. Please limit image size to 6MB.

* No shows/no pay will not be invited to participate in the future.

Hold Harmless Comment Hold Harmless Statement for Summer on Broadway applicants To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summer on Broadway participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Townsend and the Blount Partnership, its officers, agents, volunteers, employees, invitees, and lessees from and against all suits, claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, court costs, or alternative dispute resolution costs arising out of, or related to Summer on Broadway participant's use of city facilities, buildings, equipment or infrastructure under this agreement involving an injury to a person or persons, whether bodily injury or other personal injury (including death), or involving an injury or damage to property (including loss of use or diminution in value), but only to the extent that such suits, claims, damages, losses or expenses are caused by the negligence or other wrongdoing of the Summer on Broadway participant, its officers, agents and volunteers, or anyone directly or indirectly employed or hired by the Summer on Broadway participant or anyone for whose acts as the Summer on Broadway participant may be liable, regardless of whether caused in part by the negligence or wrongdoing of the City and the Partnership and any of its agents or employees.
